Possible Threat to Security

Andrew Zhao Bo, a former CPU Lieutenant General and current head of the Federation of Independent Assassins, is a possible threat to security.
There is no price on his head though, as he has not been identified as an active threat. but we will keep a close eye on him for now.

Security threat Shaun "The Praun" Seah, the Head of the 9-year-old Gang, Central Protection Unit, is wanted by Evil '09 as a threat to the students of Radin Mas Primary School and the league of Stupid and Fat People, a small group of fat people which have been sighted frequently outside Radin Mas. Some of Shaun's numerous crimes include assault of innocent bystanders, destruction of rival gang's documents, raiding and looting of several bags and damage to private property. In all, the price on Shaun Seah's head is $5.30. Evil '09 cautions the public to stay away from the dangerous and outlawed gangster.

His features are a mole on his cheek, as well as a chubby phisique and fit frame. He has a short temper, and swears a lot. He also has an inflated ego and has misguided knowledge, referring to CPU as a team.

He is a dangerous asshole. All must beware.
